Introduction
The overhead condenser can be condensed into a liquid substance by absorbing heat from the vapor state material, and has a phase change. The cooling medium can absorb heat directly or indirectly from the condensing medium.
The top condenser will only be cooled by the temperature of the cooling medium and there will be no phase change. The cooling medium in the cooler is not in direct contact with the cooling medium, which is a heat transfer through a pipe or conduit. Ordinary coolers are more complex than condensers.
The evaporative condenser is a cooling medium having water and air, and exchanges heat with a hot gas refrigerant in a coil to condense the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant into a liquid. The cooling coil of the cooling water circulating water pump and the nozzle spray tube outer surface of the capacitor form a thin water film flow, and under the action of the fan, the pressure inside the capacitor accelerates the evaporation of water of the water film on the surface of the coil, and absorbs A large amount of hot work equivalent tube high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas is condensed into a liquid.
